Designed for small crossovers, subcompact SUVs, wagons, and hatchbacks, the Nomad Kitchen CV (Compact Vehicle) provides all the same features as the Original Nomad Kitchen in a configuration that fits more compact vehicles like the Subaru Crosstrek, Jeep Renegade, Toyota Prius, Mazda 3 hatchback, and similarly sized 5 door adventure mobiles.

Nomad Kitchen CV - Does It Fit?

The Nomad Kitchen CV will fit any Subcompact SUV, Crossover, Hatchback or Wagon with enough cargo space to fit a box 25 inches deep, 7.75 inches tall, and 33.25 inches wide (plus ratchet straps and red lock tabs) and 2-4 tiedown anchor points.

Vehicles with drop-down trunks: Measure from above the trunk sill as you will need to place the kitchen on a platform so the drawer can open. A platform made from 2x4s is typically the right height.

The following vehicles have been tested for fit:

To clear trunk sill, place kitchen on 3.5 inch high platform (a rectangular platform made from 2x4s is the perfect height). The stock D-ring anchors that come in a Crosstrek have a low weight load rating. We recommend swapping them out for the bolt on D-rings available in our shop. No drilling required, just use the existing bolts that come in your Crosstrek.

To clear trunk sill, attach the kitchen to the included 3/4 inch thick riser shim.

To clear trunk sill, attach the kitchen to two 3/4 inch thick riser shims (one is included with every kitchen).

To clear trunk sill, place kitchen on 3.5 inch high platform (a rectangular platform made from 2x4s is the perfect height). This vehicle does not come with D-rings, but has D-ring bolt threads hidden under 4 plastic covers by the trunk sill and rear sides of the trunk. Grab a set of D-rings from our shop and a set of 4 M6 x 1 inch bolts, pop off the plastic mounts, and install the 4 D-rings and you are ready to mount your Nomad Kitchen.

The Nomad Kitchen CV should fit the following vehicles plus any vehicle that fits

the Original Nomad Kitchen.
