We are looking for a Shop Associate to help manage warehouse operations in fulfilling e-commerce and in person orders. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with e-commerce, customer service, and warehouse experience, and a desire to work in a dynamic environment with a lot of room for creativity. The right Shop Associate can follow instructions while they learn the ropes and accomplish goals without supervision once they have a hang of the day-to-day warehouse operations. Most importantly, the Shop Associate will be eager to take on new roles and continually expand their professional knowledge base.

Key Functions:
Warehouse Operations ~ 80%

Ensure pick/pack/ship process runs smoothly, and orders are shipped out accurately and in a timely manner

Manage inventory – predict needs and order inventory to maintain product availability

Processing orders using WIX and ShipStation fulfillment systems

Receive and restock inventory
Customer Service/Marketing ~ 20%

Ensure customers are provided comprehensive information to ensure they select the right Kitchen System for their needs and that they know what options they have for their vehicle

Create an excellent experience for customers during in person pickups and vehicle outfitting appointments

Mount kitchen systems into customer vehicles during in person pickups and vehicle outfitting appointments

Interact with potential customers at tradeshows and events a few times a year
Skills & Experience:

Retail and e-commerce experience preferred

High degree of analytical and critical thinking skills

Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service

Strong organizational and time management skills

Understanding of inventory management strategies

Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Wix, ShipStation, or similar software preferred

Ability to assist in moving and handling of merchandise up to 90 pounds, which entails lifting and performing all functions as set forth

Experience with basic carpenter’s hand tools and a drill
Job Type:
Part-time with the possibility to become full-time and take on more responsibility as the company grows and roles shift
