I have tried forever to get the straps and ratchets on my kitchen and pantries. I am not ashamed to relate that I have been reduced to tears. I want to take a trip but I cannot until I can anchor these suckers in my Forester. Are any of you near me in Upstate New York to assist? I am worn down to a nub here!
